Here you can really enjoy your stay in the Ötztal Alps. The apartment is quietly located on the 2nd floor and has a nice balcony view to the south, in the direction of Öztal.

With approximately 48m² and two balconies with another 15m², the stylish apartment offers comfortable space for two adults: the bedroom has a double bed and a balcony. The living room and the kitchen corner are open with a dining table and a corner seat, a sleeping sofa for two more people and a chair. The living room has a private balcony. The bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the spacious apartment. The furniture and the wooden parquet make the apartment very cozy.

The apartment has Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with a satellite connection and a private safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, a toaster, pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Dish towels, a dishwasher, and garbage bags are of course available as well. There are hair dryers in the bathroom and enough toilet paper in the toilet. Of course, bed linen, bath towels and towels are also available for you.
