Here you can really enjoy your stay in the Ötztal Alps. The apartment is quietly located on the 2nd floor and has a nice balcony view to the south, in the direction of Öztal.

With approximately 55m² and three balconies with another 20m², the stylish apartment offers comfortable space for two adults:

in the bedroom, there is a double bed and if necessary there is still room for a third person on the sofa in the bedroom. The living and dining room is open with a dining table and a corner seat, a sleeping sofa for two more people and a chair. The living room has two balconies, facing south and west. The apartment has a small separate kitchen. The bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the spacious apartment. The furniture and the wooden parquet make the apartment very cozy.

The apartment has Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with a satellite connection and a private safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, a toaster, pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Dish towels, a dishwasher, and garbage bags are of course available as well. There are hair dryers in the bathroom and enough toilet paper in the toilet. Of course, bed linen, bath towels and towels are also available for you.
